REFUND POLICY


Returns with an Original Sales Receipt:


Unworn hosiery item(s) or Reasonably Defective Hosiery item(s) purchased online at EZHosiery.com may be returned by mail only by the Original Purchaser with an Original Sales/Gift Receipt. Original Purchaser is defined as the one person who has purchased the hosiery item(s) online and whom the credit card was billed (“You”). Original Sales/Gift Receipt is defined as the invoice receipt delivered along with the hosiery item(s) to the designated shipping address. Reasonably Defective Hosiery is defined as hosiery that is run, torn, or color inconsistent caused by the manufacturer of the hosiery; Any defects caused by the recipient of the hosiery or any defects on the packaging itself are not considered Reasonably Defective. All hosiery item(s) may be returned only within 30 days from the purchase date. All refunds will be paid based upon the original form of payment. A money credit to Your EZHosiery.com Personal Account can be exercised as an option for the same dollar value as listed on the Original Sales/Gift Receipt upon request. A return/exchange, even exchange, or gift receipt does not by itself serve as an Original Sales/Gift Receipt.



Returning or Exchanging Item(s) by Mail


Follow these instructions to return/exchange any EZHosiery.com Online Purchases.


  1. Circle the item(s) that You are returning or exchanging (“Original Item”) on the Original Sales/Gift Receipt and note the reason(s) why.

  2. If You would like an exchange, let us know what You want by printing the new item(s) specifically on the bottom of the Original Sales/Gift Receipt with a “New Item” marked next to the item(s) You want.

  3. If You would like a return, a refund for the exact U.S.dollar amount of the item(s) as written on the Original Sales/Gift Receipt will be fully paid back to You based upon the original form of payment. Or, in the alternative, you can request to set up a Personal Account with EZHosiery.com so as to allow EZHosiery.com to credit You the full U.S. dollar amount into Your Personal Account. You can cancel or close Your Personal Account anytime simply by emailing us. Upon closing your Personal Account, any U.S. dollar amount listed in Your Personal Account will be refunded or billed to You. A Personal Account can be set up by contacting EZHosiery.com; it is officially opened after EZHosiery.com gives You a Personal Account ID Number/Name.

  4. All “New Items” or Money Orders/Cashiers Check/Check will be sent to the “Ship To” address as printed out on the Original Sales/Gift Receipt. If You want it sent to a different address, please note that specific different address also on the bottom of the Original Sales/Gift Receipt.

  5. Any price adjustments as a result of the exchange will either 1) be charged or credited to Your credit card, 2) be billed to you or refunded to You, or 3) be deducted or credited from/to Your Personal Account based upon Your request; No specific request by You will result in use of option 2. For purchases by checks, EZHosiery.com’s representative will contact the Purchaser personally. All price adjustments will be determined according to the Current Price of the item(s) as listed on the EZHosiery.com website when the item(s) is received by EZHosiery.com for exchange. Current Price is determined by the postal date as listed on the delivered exchange item(s)’ package.

  6. Pack and seal Your return/exchange goods securely, in the original package if possible, and include the Original Sales/Gift Receipt. We will keep this Original Sales/Gift Receipt for our records and process Your request as soon as possible.

Returning Mis-Delivered Items


If we have delivered wrong item(s) to You according to the Original Sales/Gift Receipt, simply email us at info@EZHosiery.com and we will send You the correct shipment along with a prepaid shipping envelope for You to send the Mis-Delivered item(s) back to us (“Mis-Delivered Item(s)).


We will only refund shipping charges if we erred by Mis-Delivered Item(s) or by delivering Reasonably Defective Item(s).


EZHosiery.com disclaims all liabilities based upon Your bank being unable to credit/process correctly Your charge card, or any errors caused as a result of the US Postal Service’ or any other delivery service’ inefficiencies incl. UPS, DHL, Federal Express etc. Any actual suits in relation to this matter will be arbitrated in the State of California.
