Beautiful hosiery

I ordered 10 pairs of nylons. Of the ten pairs received, eight were the correct order, two were not. I contact EZ Hosiery, they were very nice, reshipped the correct nylons with an apology. I would certainly shop with them again. If it were not for this small incident, I would rate them EXCELLENT!

Haven't received the goods yet, so perhaps too soon to tell, but the site purchase was easy. Only down-side was too few shades available compared to the product line as I know it. Was that due the manufacturer or their limitation? I don't have enougo info to tell. (It was Evan Picone business sheer hosiery...)

Customer service is excellent, but could use more selection of larger sizes, and better website organization, e.g., the ability to sort by style not just manufacturer.

The hose came just a couple of days after I ordered them. I was astonished to find my purchase neatly wrapped with a nice, *handwritten* card thanking me for my purchase and suggesting another brand that I might like. She even included a beautiful pair of hose for me to try--free! I've done a lot of online shopping and I've never had such good service.

The hose did not fit at all like the Evan Picone I purchased at the mall. I always get size 5 but these were to tight. I like the reinforced toe but you did not have those in the black onyxx buy overall I was pleased to know I can order them on the net since I can't find them in Nashville now. Try to get the reinforced toe in either off black or the onyxx size 5 and I will be VERY HAPPY!

Everything about my order went fabulously. My package arrived in 2 days, and I also received a free pair of tights and a $5 discount certificate. I had only one problem. When I placed my order, I requested that the merchandise be gift-wrapped, but when I recieved them, they were not gift-wrapped (unless that is what the pink tissue paper was for, and just to let you know, that is NOT gift-wrapped). Have one or two things to return (unopened) which I have not yet attempted to do; expecting it will go fine. One comment I'd make is that the photos on the packaging of the hosiery was not too easy to discern. Therefore, one item I bought I mistakenly thought were thigh-highs because I couldn't tell otherwise from the photo. It would have helped if I could have enlarged the photo or "opened" the package to look closer as in other hosiery sites. Other than this, was happy with the service, the speed of delivery and the choices available....Good job.
